This is very easy.  Walk fast.  I’m serious.  I can tell who the tourists are by how slow they plod around.  Know your route ahead of time, walk fast and look like you know what you’re doing and you’ll blend in.  Also, don’t make eye contact, because that’s a sign of weakness and you will be robbed/murdered/sold a fake Rolex if you do that.
